Registration Information

Register One Name Per Form. Send two copies per person. One copy, returned to you at the conference, serves as your receipt. Cancellations received by October 4 will be refunded in full after the conference. Registration is required to attend any function. A spouse or guest needs to return a registration form and payment for meal functions, tours, etc., but need not pay for conference registration. Individual Members of library associations of other states may register at WLA member rates. Registration Materials may be picked up at the conference registration desk (see inside front cover for location).

Room Reservations are to be made directly with the hotels. See the Call-to-Conference booklet for hotel information. Persons needing special accommodations are asked to inform hotel personnel when making reservations.
