Don't miss the fun at the fifth annual WLAF Silent Auction, to take place at the WLA Conference in Lake Geneva! Bid on items such as art works (jewelry, pottery, paintings), tickets (concerts, theater, sports events), personal services (a dinner for six), collectibles/antiques or professional services (consulting). To contribute, complete an auction contribution form (PDF) and send it to the WLA office by October 8.
All items will be distributed to the highest bidder with bids closing on Thursday at 3:30 PM .

Collection of 32 vintage library postcards and antique library souvenir plate, contributed by Larry Nix
One to two hour program around the general theme of “Preserving Our Library Heritage”. The program is adaptable and would be suitable for a public library system continuing education workshop, for a library program for the public, or for a local historical society presentation. Includes PowerPoint presentation as well as display of select items from the speaker's collection of library memorabilia (library postcards, library souvenir china and spoons, and postal librariana). Contributed by Larry Nix
Installation of an exhibit of a collection of Wisconsin Library Memorabilia in a library for up to one month. The exhibit includes over 50 pieces of Wisconsin library souvenir china as well as souvenir spoons, paperweights, and other items. The exhibit is adaptable and will depend on the nature and extent of secure display facilities at the library. Contributed by Larry Nix.
