Conference Exhibit Information - Kalahari Convention Center
Dates & Times:
Setup: Tuesday, October 31, Noon - 8:00 pm
Wednesday, 7:00 - 9:30 am
Wednesday, November 1, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday, November 2, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
No programming is scheduled (no conflict time) from 10:00 - 10:45 am and 3:15 - 4:00 pm both days.
Features in the exhibit hall:
- NEW: Meet and Mingle Reception in your honor on Tuesday, October 31, 4-6 pm
- Refreshments during the no-conflict periods will be available for attendees in the exhibit area.
- An internet station for attendees will be located near the exhibit hall.
- The popular WLA Autograph Garden will be located inside the exhibit area for the convenience of visiting authors, attendees and exhibitors.
- This year, the WLA Foundation Silent Auction will also be located in the exhibits hall.
- Another change is that the WLA Store will only be open for two days and will be located in the exhibit hall.
- Box lunches will be available on both days to give attendees a chance to wander the exhibits on their lunch hour. Each commercial exhibitor may order 2 box lunches each day, included in the price of your booth.
- Door prize drawings will be promoted in the conference booklet, including a listing of companies participating. All drawings will be held in the exhibit hall.
- Each 8'x10' booth includes an 8' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and an ID sign. Electrical, phone, and Internet service are available from the Kalahari for a fee. Forms for ordering these services will be provided with notification of your booth assignment.
Promotion of exhibitors:
- Detailed listing of exhibitors alphabetically with all contact information in the conference booklet distributed to all registrants. The booklet includes the detailed schedule of events and program descriptions.
- Additional listing of company names by vendor category in conference booklet.
- Listing of exhibitors on conference website with link to your company's website, if provided.
Expected attendance:
This is our first conference at the Kalahari. As you know, Wisconsin Dells is a very popular destination and we are counting on our attendance being well over 1,000.
Space available:
Space may be reserved with payment on a first come, first served basis. Please return contract (PDF) as soon as possible. Check the website for available booths or contact either the WLA office or Hans Jensen, Exhibits Chair, if you have any questions.
