Invitation to Exhibitors and Sponsors

Get ready for an exciting WLA conference with a kickoff reception in your honor on Tuesday, October 31st, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Join us in the Exhibits Hall for a great selection of hors d’oeuvres, have a beverage from the cash bar and take time to meet and greet your colleagues and WLA members.
If you haven’t registered yet for your exhibit space, check out the floor plan for available booth spaces, fill out the contract and submit to the WLA office. Being at the Kalahari for the first time, we anticipate terrific attendance from the Wisconsin library community. With everything under one roof, the Kalahari offers an excellent venue to showcase your exhibits, sponsored prizes and events.
And here are other ways to reinforce your partnership with your library customers:
Partnership opportunities. Reinforce your commitment to the library community with sponsorship of specific programs, and raise your visibility outside the exhibit hall. Or, if you can't exhibit, a program partnership ensures your company has a presence at this important professional conference.
Booklet advertising. Encourage visits to your booth and follow-up contacts by placing an advertisement in the program booklet, a resource provided to each registrant. Non-exhibitors will also find that a booklet ad provides a vital link to library customers.
Vendor membership. To get a discount on your booth, plus other great benefits, join the Wisconsin Library Association. Even if you don't exhibit, you may wish to take advantage of year-round opportunities to reach the library community.
