Don't hesitate to contact the WLA office if you need assistance with any aspect of your leadership role. We will be happy to brainstorm ideas or give you more details about how we might be able to help. If possible, use past leaders as a resource, too. Many are glad to share lessons learned and best practices. You don't have to follow all the advice you receive, of course. Chart your own course using the resources at your disposal.
