A gentle reminder (post-card) will be sent to alert members to the availability of these documents.

Advance Registration Deadline: Early registration deadline has been extended to Monday, March 17, 2003 (postmark date)

Registration after March 17 may be completed at the Conference (on-site fee will apply).

Registration Information
Register One Name Per Form. Call the WLA Office (608/ 245-3640) for additional forms or more information. Submit one copy. You will receive a receipt at the conference.

Cancellations received by March 10 will be re-funded in full after the conference.

Registration is required to attend any function. A spouse or guest needs to return a registration form and payment for meal functions, but need not pay for the conference registration. Personal Members of library associations of other states may register at WLA rates.

Registration Materials and tickets should be picked up at the conference registration desk at the Four Points Sheraton.
