WAAL has reserved blocks of rooms at two downtown hotels for Tuesday, April 19, Wednesday, April 20 and Thursday, April 21.

The Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is adjacent to the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. The room rate is $140.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Call (608) 255-5100 or 1-800-HILTONS.

The Best Western Inn on the Park is located on the Capitol Square, about 3 blocks from the Monona Terrace. The room rate is $89.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Call (608) 257-8811 or 1-800-279-8811.

To make reservations, contact the hotels directly and ask for the WLA / WAAL conference rate.

Parking

Guests staying at the Hilton Hotel are charged $10 per day.
Guests staying at the Inn on the Park may park one car for free; additional cars are charged $10 per day.

The Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center parking ramp is accessible via West Wilson Street or from the eastbound lanes of John Nolen Drive.
Rates: Monday – Friday: $ 0.90 / hour
After 5:00 p.m. $ 3.00
Maximum $10.50 / day

Short-term or all day parking is also provided throughout downtown Madison in various public lots (overnight parking is discouraged). For information about rates, hours and disabled parking go to www.ci.madison.wi.us/parking.html.
