WAAL Volunteer Form - 2003 Committees
WAAL Committee appointments will be made in mid-summer. Since
committee budgets as well as the complete WAAL budget must be
submitted in October, committees must be formed early enough to
provide planning and budgeting time.
Please indicate below the WAAL committee (or committees) on
which you would like to serve. If you have a preference, please
indicate your first choice with "1", second choice
"2", etc.
